On our doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.

Three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom (on top floor) outdoor terrace to the back of the house. The house is in the centre of town with three pubs just a stone's throw away, and lots of bars and shops and the beautiful Pavillon Gardens a short walk away from the town. It is ideally situated for walks and bike rides into the surrounding hills and countryside.

Smithy Bungalow is in central Buxton, with private parking. Check in 3PM, check out 12PM. Designed for 2 but can sleep 4 people; the bedroom has a king bed with an en suite and the lounge has a double sofa bed with a toilet and sink in the utility room serving the lounge. Dogs are welcome; we just ask that guests keep them off the beds and sofas. Bed linen, towels, cooking utensils plus some basic cleaning and cooking condiments provided but no toiletries for environmental reasons.

We have available secure parking for one car upon request a minutes walk behind the building in front of the cottage. The train station is a five minute walk away.
