The apartment of approximately 60 sqm spread over 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just 5 min walking distance from Göta Älv. There is a fully equipped kitchen and it includes sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen city center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Fully equipped and newly built apartment (2021) in a separate cottage by Lake Mjörn, just 30 km from Gothenburg. The lake view from its own patio is fantastic and the surroundings as well. The space is about 30 square meters and can house four people. Very fresh and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Sverigeleden in front of the house and own parking makes the accommodation easily accessible. 200 meters to the lake Mjörn which is good for fishing, swimming and beautiful environment!

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

We live in the very scenic area of Öijared, only 30 km from Gothenburg. The area provides lots of possibilities for recreation with beautiful foot- and cycle paths, Nääs Castle, café, crafts and only 1,5 km from one of Northern Europes largest golfcourses.
