Our cosy, 1860's cottage has a self checkin entrance & sits in a private garden with views to the old barn. The living room, kitchenette, bedroom & bathroom make an ideal getaway for couples. Set on four acres, the property backs onto a treed area alongside the Werribee River. It has chickens & friendly alpacas to visit, but is a mere 5 minute walk into town. Ballan is the perfect base from which to explore Daylesford, Trentham, Blackwood, Creswick & Ballarat. All are within a 30 minute drive.

Relaxo Eco House Ranch

Rancho Relaxo Eco House is an off-grid property, just a 10 minute drive (13kms) outside of Daylesford, VIC. It is an ideal couples retreat or a friends getaway. The Cottage is two story and the main bed and additional bed (within the reading area) is located on the 2nd level. The Cottage, including the sleeping areas, is an open plan space with natural light and views of the spring fed dams and paddocks. Local bird life is abundant and you may see the occasional Kangaroo wandering the grounds.

Blackwood "Treetops"

An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with a modern kitchen, wood fire, outside deck and large garden, set close by the Wombat State Forest. Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. Lovely rustic train carriage, built in 1914 and since converted into cosy and comfortable accomodation. The carriage accommodates one or two guests, with a queen size bed. Self sufficient, the carriage has a bathroom, microwave and small fridge. A private space, the carriage is nestled at the back of the property amongst the trees and garden. You will have direct access, with parking in the carport at the end of the driveway. Ballan train station is a 7 minute walk from the property.

Stone Cottage (circa 1862)

"Stone Cottage" was built in 1862 from local bluestone and was lovingly restored in 2014. We are adjacent to Woowookarung Regional Park, popular for bush walking and mountain bike riding. Stone Cottage offers old world charm with modern amenities. You will not be sharing with any others. The main bedroom has a queen size bed & the main sitting area has a single bed. . Enjoy the fantastic location this "love shack" is set in - explore the area, see lots of wildlife and take a break from the city! Set on the edge of a national park, there are lots of walks & bike riding trails around. You are welcome to pat, feed and play with the horses. There are also push bikes and fishing rods you can use.
