Aird Villa with its south facing decking is said to be one of the nicest houses on the Isle of Scalpay. It sits overlooking Scalpay’s quiet North Harbour where the local fishing boats are moored. From the decking it's exhilarating watching the birds & boats as you are more or less right above the water's edge. Tranquil Cottage with Stunning Sea Views

Number 6 is a cosy cottage just 4 miles from Tarbert. The house is in an elevated position which has stunning views of the sea and the old whaling station. It has a cosy sun room with a wood burner, as well as outdoor seating so you can take in the view in style. We offer week long stays, Friday to Friday, March to October. We then move to shorter stays (min of 3 nights) from November to February. The house also benefits from free WiFi and a local produce welcome hamper on arrival.

Urgha Bay makes an ideal self catering holiday cottage, in a perfect location for you to take advantage of the wealth of activities Harris has to offer. On your doorstep you will find wonderful walks, wildlife to watch, fishing lochs close by, art galleries to try and the Isle of Harris Distillery all within walking distance or a short drive.

Two bedroom wooden cabin overlooking the Minch

Make some memories at this unique small house on a private croft hosted by Grant & Lorna who are from Harris and live 300m next door to the cabin. Our cabin has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, and a large open plan living space with kitchen. We are 10 minutes from Tarbert and 30 mins from the west side beaches. A wood burning stove will keep you warm in the evenings. A large wrap around balcony is lovely for sitting outside and watching the seals and otters in the bay.
