Oasis on the countryside near Hamburg

Northwest of Hamburg in the beautiful Schleswig Holstein lies our lovingly furnished 48 sqm apartment with terrace and garden. There is a kitchen with a stove, oven and fridge, a shower bathroom and bedroom with double bed and TV. In the immediate vicinity is a small lake. The rural quiet location is ideal for a break, bike tours and inline skating, but also offers a good starting point for trips to the North Sea and Baltic Sea or to Hamburg, Kiel and Glückstadt.

Horst's time out

Meine Auszeit Horst stands for real picture-book country life. There are cows, chickens, donkeys and fields nearby. And the peace and quiet, of course. The Elbe and the dyke can be reached in 15-20 min. by car. Here you can expect a real beach and a delicious snack and matching refreshment in summer. You can also reach Hamburg in 30 minutes. In about 3 km. distance is the Horster train station. There is a car park and bicycle parking spaces here.

Between the orchards

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). The detached apartment is located in Kellinghusen in the immediate vicinity of the Stör and the Aukrug Nature Park. The scenic surroundings in and around Kellinghusen offer many opportunities for outdoor activities, such as canoeing and cycling excursions. The outdoor pool of Kellinghusen is right nearby. Wrist Train Station with train connections to Hamburg, Kiel, Neumünster, Pinneberg and Elmshorn is just 5 km away.
