Warm apt with great balcony in Palermo Hollywood

It is a very bright apartment in the 9th with a big balcony in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. You will be very close to the Palermo´s Subway station (600 meters) and many of the best restaurants and cafes. There is a fully equipped kitchen including basic elements to prepair your breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, oit, etc). Also, you will find white ironed sheets and towels, iron, hairdresser, shampoo, conditioner, soap. The apt has wifi and a smart tv with Netflix

Bright and quiet room with ensuite bathroom. It has its own balcony to be able to have breakfast or work. We live next to our very loving cats. Beautiful location steps from the subway and various means of transportation . The area is characterized by its green spaces, bars, restaurants and museums to explore on foot. The apartment is a very quiet place to which it is always nice to return from a day of walking around the city. You also have a desk for work .

The castle is a unique, hostel-style accommodation. If you are looking to stay in the historic centre of the oldest neighbourhood of Buenos Aires or to hold an event, do not hesitate to contact us!
