The first building is a large kitchen with everything you need and a terrace with a barbecue. The other building is a comfortable house with a bedroom, with a double bed, a bathroom and a living room that has a double sofa bed and a dining area where there is a small office very well equipped with a microwave, vitro, sink, dishes and everything you need, etc. The property is about 1000 square meters and is at the complete disposal of the guest. Guests can contact us 24 hours a day. We advise and help with anything you need. 500 meters above sea level, the neighborhood of La Florida is a beautiful rural area, the starting point of numerous trails in the municipality of Icod de los Vinos, famous for its thousand-year-old Drago. Worth visiting, its historic center is of cultural interest. A car is required to get around. There is a bus service, but it runs 4 times a day. Icod is known as The City of the Dragon, for hosting the famous Millennial Dragon of Icod de los Vinos, one of the most emblematic symbols of the island of Tenerife. The city's old town has been declared a Site of Cultural Interest due to its historical importance and also houses a commercial area, complementary to those existing in the Isla Baja.
