Close to the Avenue Louise, the Grand-Place and the city center.

Splendid new apartment with 1 separate bedroom with a double bed of 160x200 it separate the living area with a double door that can close for privacy and a extra couch bed in the living room, ideal for 4 people. It has a dining table with 4 chairs and with all windows provided blackout curtains. The apartment is situated on the 1 st floor and has been recently renovated and is a 13 minute walk to the Grand Place and 12 minutes from the South Station.

No party in the building. For one or two intimate people, non-smoking, without animals and, above all, very quiet like the house. Ideal for intellectual profession. If you enjoy nightlife and if you plan to come home late, please book another location.
