There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from the parking space to the cabin. Welcome to Lillehammer's perhaps most stately house with apartment over three floors. Newly renovated in 2020 in one of Lillehammer's oldest farm buildings dating back to 1659. From the balcony you have an amazing view over Mjøsa and the apartment has sun from sunrise to sunset. In the apartment there is a new large kitchen, dining room with table space for 8 and a large living room with a nice sofa and large TV, bathroom and guest room. On the top floor there is a large bedroom with French balcony and a super view.

Det gamle sommerfjøset til Hovelsrud Gård ligger idyllisk til mellom Mjøsa og en bølgende kornåker – et enkelt og unikt sted for den som vil komme tett på naturen og nyte roen på Helgøya. Huset passer best for et par eller en liten familie med inntil to barn. Inne er det et soverom og en åpen stue.
