Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics, etc. The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

"La Benaise" House, relaxation in the countryside

Fancy a relaxing stay, telecommuting in the countryside? This 90 m2 house in the heart of the countryside allows everyone to relax, including your pets, thanks to its generous green spaces (unfenced) and its quiet environment. It offers all the comforts to facilitate your stay (Wi-Fi and fiber optic, equipped kitchen, washing machine, terrace, barbecue...). The little extras: your host practices traditional Chinese energy and the outdoor spa between June and September.

Lea's playhouse

This house has been totally renovated by me and now offers a modern and functional accommodation with on the ground floor a modern kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and toilets. Upstairs the 2nd bedroom with shower room and toilet plus a large living room. You have at your disposal: refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, TV, WiFi, garden terrace, barbecue and private covered parking (2 places). Shops are a 5-minute drive away.

Only 6 minutes from Libourne, 25 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from ocean beaches, it is ideally located for you to discover our wonderful wine region.

Finally, PERIGORD , a must-see, with its historical, cultural and archaeological heritage.

Le Petit Tournesol - gîte for two in Challignac

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.
