Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Aughton is a scenic village situated on the banks of the lune valley leading up to the market Town on Kirby Lonsdale. Walks from the village allow you to saunter along the banks of the river lune or through the picturesque Burton and Lawson woods belonging to the woodlands trust often known as Aughton woods. Aughton also has an beautiful old village church going back to 1864 and a recreation hall and children's play area.

The cottage has WFI and car park at the side . It is situated in the beautiful valley of Quernmore on a working dairy farm.

Woodfield Lodge is a gorgeous two-bedroom self-catering holiday home situated in the quaint village of Brookhouse, just 1 mile from Caton and 6 miles from Lancaster City Centre, with a hot tub, wood fire and parking. The village of Brookhouse is within an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and a haven for wildlife, with owls in the trees, lots of squirrels, and deer and otters visiting from time to time! Max 2 dogs permitted. £25.00 per dog per stay.
