A stones throw to Rayburn golf resort, with 2 restaurants, a great little coffee shop that rivals Starbucks, swimming pool access with a fee, & pickle ball courts. A covered screened in patio with 2 huge ceiling fans , a couch 2 chairs and 2 ottomans and a fire pit, A grill and plenty of extra chairs. There is also another fire pit in the wooded back yard. And plenty of parking. 5 minute drive to boat launch and lake! The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space.
