A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Our cozy apartment in Gunneby on the Schlei is ideally suited for a maximum of 4 people. Families with children have enough space with us. A staircase takes you to our spacious apartment on the 2nd floor, which is modernly furnished and extensively equipped. The proximity to the water invites you to a beautiful Schlei or Baltic Sea vacation. You can spend the evenings wonderfully on one of the two balconies. For the colder season, you will find a fireplace with us. It's Gunneby nice :)

Enjoy the sea as well as the city in this town-house from 1856, located in the centre of idyllic Faaborg with its cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Less than 200 meters from the harbour bath (with sauna), the picturesque old harbour, the ferries to the islands, and the promenade along the sea. Real thatched cottage: cozy holiday home with large garden in Dörphof - Schuby, only a few kilometers to the Baltic Sea beach - in the Schwansener Land. Our "Alte Tante" built around 1860 has been welcoming guests from all directions for over 20 years. The traditionally thatched roof creates a typical Nordic flair. In the course of several modernizations until 2017, traditional charm now blends with comfortable modernity to create an incomparable coziness.

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.
