Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

The Acorn Lodge is a bespoke 1 king size bedroom retreat fully customized with high-end finishes. It must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

The End Place - A romantic hideaway for two

The End Place is a self-contained cottage adjoining Moorhouse Cottage. Downstairs is open plan, comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with wood burning stove. A glass wall ensures uninterrupted views across Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as starry-night skyscapes. Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.
