Beautiful spacious cottage by the sea with parking

Spacious 2 bed cottage sleeps six with private courtyard. Quiet central location with free off street parking for 2 standard size cars. Just 2 mins from beach and i360 and minutes from Brighton's great restaurants and nightlife. Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom and Small double sofa bed. (The sofa bed is only made up for parties of 5 or more). The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each and every guest stay - We’re Good to Go standard. No parties. Quiet time between 10pm and 8am

The flat has an accessible balcony; is full of original features: high ceilings with decorative plasterwork, fireplace & the original wooden shutters; as well as GCH, open plan, well equipped, kitchen, smart TV, newly fitted walk-in shower (no bath) & a cosy double bedroom.

Central Kemptown

The sea and Lido are at one end of our historic terrace, with cafés, bars and restaurants of Kemptown Village at the other. No 14's private studio room has cooking facilities, walled patio, and separate shower room. On the lower floor there's a washing machine and a dryer - and we welcome small dogs! Communal entrance. Royal Pavilion is a 15 min scenic stroll. Brighton Station about 15 mins by bus and 7 mins by cab. No events, not suitable for infants or children, sorry.
