It is easy to get to the local schools RIT, U of R, and the hospitals - as well as to downtown! Bus lines are close if you don't have a car.

It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. Conveniently located to highways and approximately fifteen minutes to downtown, ten minutes to lots of restaurants in Henrietta and lots of shopping.
