Located in the market town of Cockermouth, our charming 1 bedroom cottage has been lovingly restored by ourselves. Only a few miles from both the Lake District National Park and Solway Coastline, No. 60 is superbly situated for you to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the local area. With an abundance of cosy character features and modern facilities, our cottage is the perfect base. Our family own the adjoining property No.62 which can be booked alongside our place to accomodate a larger group.

Dating from around 1760, Derwent Bank is an attractive Georgian family house in the village of Great Broughton, Cumbria. "The Cottage" part of the house has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with use of the front garden and verandah, Wifi, 3 large bedrooms, bathroom, dining room and a TV lounge with NetFlix & Amazon Prime. The property is approached via a driveway with parking at the rear. "The Hayloft" sleeping two with ensuite can also be booked if required. Access available from the cottage.

Cockermouth & Keswick are a short drive away along with the seaside towns of Maryport & Whitehaven & the beaches at Allonby & St Bees. Easy access to the Lakes & the Western Wainwright Fells.

Ideal for two people, this cosy little cottage annexe is near to Cockermouth and is in the Lake District National Park surrounded by views of the Western Fells and views to the Galloway hills of Scotland. 14 miles to the beautiful Lakeland town of Keswick and in close proximity to the Western Lakes of Bassenthwaite, Derwent Water, Buttermere, Ennerdale Water, Crummock Water and Loweswater. A beautiful beach on the Solway Coast is only 12 miles away.

The Barn is a beautifully refurbished retreat in a quiet corner of the Lake District National Park. Built in c.1870 as part of How Farm, The Barn is a very comfortable self-contained space which sleeps two adults and two children. It has a small garden, unique open living space incorporating the kitchen and lounge, lobby, shower room and large bedroom. The Barn is in a countryside location yet gives easy access to all the North West Lakes and the lesser known but very scenic West Coast.
