We invite you to come and discover this two-hundred-year-old house, where my great-grandparents lived. Recently renovated with the aim of keeping a family touch, we deliberately stay away from "magazine interiors" The 6,000 m2 garden is home to 2 ponies and 2 goats in a dedicated area. Ideally located just a few minutes from the port, this house is a perfect starting point for hiking or cycling. The Voie Verte and the GR34 run alongside the garden in front of the Étang du Fret.

My apartment is perched on the 7th and top floor ( with elevator !). It is sunbathing or beaten by the wind but always warm! 80 m2 entirely at your disposal in comfort mode. Full center of Brest! You can do everything on foot, the train station is less than 5 mins away, the tram is 7 mins away, a large supermarket is 10 mins away, the theatre, the cinemas are 10 mins away... If you have a car, parking is paid in front of my house, so it's easy to park!
