Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer together induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas barbecue, parasol, access to a private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double, 2 singles and a small rowing boat are available during your stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

A small cottage with a family bed. Röe farm with restaurant is a short walk away. 4 minutes by car to the store in Brodalen which is an Ica to-go store so it is always open. If you want to take an excursion, Lysekil, Nordens Ark and many other nice places are a car ride away.

On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
