Just over 5 minutes walk from the train station and within easy reach to all of Durham City, this studio offers guests a flexible space while visiting the area. The studio flat is located on the lower ground floor of our home, accessible via external steps. This private space has it's own entrance/exit, bathroom, kitchenette, lounge space and double bed. Pay and display parking available on North Road for guests travelling by car. Travel cot available for couples travelling with an infant.

This is a 3 bedroom house in a quiet development in Durham City. It's a 10 min drive or 30 min farmland walk to the centre or there's a bus every 10 mins. There's a private secure garden, off street parking, a lock up garage if needed, a cot and highchair. It has unlimited fibre broadband. The Arnison Centre is within walking distance. This home is a perfect location to explore Durham, and I can organise a full academic year for students.
