A fantastically beautiful, generously proportioned house on two floors right by Lake Glienicke. The large garden faces east/south/west and has private access to the lake – you can go straight from the property into the water. The Groß Glienicker See is located in southwestern Berlin and is a real local recreation area with an island flair. It is almost two kilometres long, 530 metres wide and, together with Lake Sacrow and Lake Heilig, forms part of a chain of lakes. It is very clean and the water is clear.

The Waldhaus EICHHÖRNCHEN is located right on the edge of the forest of the Dübener Heide. It is a high-quality, fully basemented wooden log cabin with about 120 m² of living space for 6 people. There is also a garage and space for 4 cars as well as two terraces. In the basement there is a sauna and a relaxation room with shower, but it is also suitable for overnight stays (double bed). In the attic there are two bedrooms with smart TV, they are separated by a curtain. The living room has a fireplace.
