Spacious house on two floors with sleeping accommodations for 8 people divided into 4 bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the possibility to close the door. The other two are separated from the living room. Floor 1 has a bathroom with shower and separate shower in the laundry room. Floor 2 has its own toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold pantry. High chair and play corner.

Sängplatser: sovloft 140 cm bredd och bäddsoffa 140 cm bredd = 4 sängplatser totalt. Tillhörande bäddmadrasser ger sköna sängar. Litet badrum med dusch, toalett och handfat. Matbord och fyra stolar. Stor uteplats i söderläge med bord och 4 stolar. Mindre men välutrustat kök med spis, kylskåp, micro och ugn. Utegrill. WIFI. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.

Det händer något med oss när vi tar oss tid att bara vara. Att leva det lite primitiva livet för en stund utan för den delen behöva tumma på alla bekvämligheter. Att släppa på vardagens bestyr, lägga ifrån sig mobilen och låta sig förunnas av det som finns runt om. Tända en eld, paddla kanot, titta ut över vattenbrynet från sängkanten då även bävern kan simma förbi ibland, koka kaffe och laga mat över öppen eld. Sängen är färdigbäddad när du/ni kommer. Perfekt för en lugn vistelse i en timmerstuga med extra bekvämlighet. Endast 8 minuter från stan med bil.

Come and live in an own appartment in a house from the 19th century. It has one bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and own entrance. We have beds for 4 persons but extrabeds can be provided. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
