Maison familiale à Carcassonne de la fin des années 30 de 120m2, dans un quartier résidentiel à proximité du canal du midi (au bout de la rue), à 15mn à pied de la Bastide et 20mn de la gare. Ses 3 chambres doubles, sa cuisine, salle à manger, son salon et sa salle de jeux donnant sur la piscine vous offriront tout le confort nécessaire (cafetière à filtres+ machine à expresso). Profitez des animations & du Festival de Carcassonne en juillet et de la Magie de Noël en décembre !

At the Co gîte, you will find a real private relaxation area with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna accessible year-round. The accommodation is located in the countryside amidst wheat and sunflower fields, and will offer you calm and serenity. You will find all amenities within 5 minutes by car (grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, post office, supermarket) and many activities nearby (hiking, walking and mountain biking, wake boarding, museum/tourist site visits)

Large 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor located 5 min walk from the city, 3ha enclosed garden, 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 kitchen open to 1 living room, bright living room, garden furniture, plancha, swimming pool, baby equipment available (bed, bathtub, chair...). If you love old stones, this place is for you. In a 19th century house with its charm and flaws, you will enjoy the lower part of a fully independent 50 m² area (kitchenette, two bedrooms, shower room, living room). A stone staircase leads you to the pool and garden. Your rental is located 2 minutes from the Canal du Midi and a lake with tree-lined walks. In the village you will find all the shops, arts and cultures spaces, archaeological museum.

No food available. Parties and outdoor rentals are not accepted.
