Welcome to the pod! Only 2 miles from Stornoway ferry terminal and approximately 1.5 miles from the town centre, the pod is situated in front of my own home in the village of Guershader on the outskirts of Stornoway. This is an ideal location if you’re travelling through the Islands and looking for a short stop-over. Looking for a longer stay? Hygge Hebrides Luxury Glamping - Dog friendly!

Your little bit of Hygge in Tiumpanhead, here on Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. Approximately 10 miles from Stornoway. Our beautiful pod has been lovingly crafted in Siberian Larch and is double insulated. We offer a hotel quality double bed. Sofa bed is NOT suitable for adults. Fully equipped kitchen, a luxury bathroom with rainfall shower. WIFI and SmartTV. 5 min walk to lighthouse and access to outstanding cetacean sightings/birdlife. Auntie Maïri's Cottage

Newly renovated family property on the west side of the Isle of Lewis. We have tried to retain the warm, inviting atmosphere that Auntie Mairi offered to family. The cottage consists of 4 bedrooms, one accessible wetroom, one bathroom, a spacious kitchen, and a lounge with double aspect views of the loch-side/moorland. The property is fully enclosed, and offers outdoor seating areas and a large garden. Located in a quiet village with access to coastline walks and several beaches.

Skye Red Fox Retreat - stunning luxury glamping

The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. It is warm and cosy to protect against the elements and yet light and airy. The cabin is accessed via a spectacular large undercover deck area.

"Sandig" Cosy 1 bedroom Log Cabin Dog Friendly

'Sandig' is a cosy 1 bedroom log cabin in a prime location to explore the historic attractions of the westside of Lewis. Located in close proximity to the Hebridean Way, Sandig is ideal as a base to visit such sites as the Callanish Stones, Garenin Blackhouses and Doune Carloway Broch. Carloway is also home to two stunning beaches, Dal Mor and Dal Beag, and is ideal for hillwalkers, cyclists, surfers, birdwatchers, or even those looking for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.

Heron's View

Heron's View is a lovely, light, airy, spacious and well presented glamping pod. It has all you need for a comfortable stay from a well kitted out kitchen, bathroom with full size shower to a comfortable sitting area. It has a double bed and the sofa converts to a double bed. It benefits from underfloor heating. It has an unique position with an uninterrupted view of the sea and surrounding landscape. It takes its name from the two Heron's that nest on the island opposite the pod.

The Mangersta Pod

When you arrive at The Mangersta Pod you will find yourself in an extremely clean and comfortable haven. To ensure you have a good night's sleep the camping mattresses were replaced by a comfortable mattress right from the start. Situated in the village of Mangersta on the Atlantic coast of Lewis, the pod is a few minutes walk away from a remote beach and stunning cliff walks. This is an area of exceptional natural beauty with over 20 beaches as well as beautiful moorland and lochs.

Otternish Pods, North Uist

Otternish Pods on North Uist are situated on a working croft and are ideally located for exploring the islands. 1 mile from Berneray ferry terminal and 10 miles from Lochmaddy. Each pod is open plan with a kitchenette, seating dining, sleeping area and shower room. 3/4 bed and sofa-bed provides accommodation for up to 4. It is ideal for 2,If there are 4 adults you may feel it rather small. Bedding and towels are provided. Heating, TV and WiFi all add to a warm comfortable stay.

Loch View: Cabin beside Dun Broch/Pet Friendly

Loch View (and it's neighbour, Broch View) is a log cabin well-appointed to a high standard right beside the Dun Carloway broch, in the heart of the West side of Lewis attractions of Callanish Standing Stones, Garenin Blackhouse Village, the spectacular Dalmore and Dalbeg beaches,etc. It has all you need for a comfortable stay from a well fitted kitchen, bathroom with full size shower, double bed, and a comfortable sitting area. The cabin sits in a beautiful and historic area.

Close to Western Isles Bike route. 5 mins to shore line. 5 minutes from main road. 2 camp beds are available on request, no extra charge. Compost toilet. Fresh water in containers.
