Kućica se nalazi na osami 2.2 km udaljena od sela Murvica, 50 metara od plaže. Cesta je makadam kao što se može vidjeti u Uputama za dolazak u smještaj. Topla voda i struja su dostupni iz solarnog kolektora. Kapacitet baterije ne dozvoljava korištenje velikih potrošača (pećnica, klima). Voda je kišnica iz rezervoara.
