El 70-80% de la energía eléctrica utilizada en el predio, al igual que el calentamiento del agua, provienen de energía solar (fotovoltaica y térmica). También, utilizamos iluminación LED de bajo consumo y contamos con sistema recolector de agua-lluvia. Además, tenemos el privilegio de estar a una distancia muy corta al pueblo, y contar con una hermosa vista de zona rural y montañas.

On the first floor the kitchen equipment with the necessary utensils for your stay, a private bathroom with hot shower and sofa bed; on the second floor, a double bed and balcony. In this beautiful place you can also work remotely with WiFi.

We have a room and a loft with two very comfortable double beds to ensure your comfort during your stay. We also have a wood-burning sauna overlooking the lake, shower, for an additional cost.
