We invite you to enjoy quiet country living at its finest. Located right off of 1-15, our property is right next to the Bear River and adjacent to Bear River Bottoms Hunting Club. We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. In the Heart of Wellsville, studio is located on the main level (there are 3 steps at front door) of the historic Electric Rail Depot was the Wellsville station for the interurban that ran east down Wellsville Main street from 1912-1946. This space offers a queen size bed with 70" flat screen with dvd & wifi. Has mini fridge, small microwave, sink, single coffee maker. Located right across the street from the Wellsville Tabernacle square, Kids playground and splash pad. No Smoking. No Pets.

Once inside, head downstairs where you will have a private bedroom, bathroom, game/exercise room, family room and kitchenette. We live upstairs and can be available if you need. Conveniently located near I-15 and I-84, an hour away from major ski resorts. Great place to stay if passing through or staying awhile.

The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house.
