Village house in exposed stone, refurbished, very bright, 90m2. Parking in front of the house. Ideal for hiking and walks in the Pyrenees/getaway to Toulouse. Train station within walking distance. All shops in the municipality, on foot. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher); TV/Wi-Fi lounge and toilet. Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house.
