Το σπίτι βρίσκεται 7 χιλιόμετρα μακρυά από Χαλκίδα .Απολαύστε από τον κήπο του σπιτιού τη Δύση του ηλίου η οποία ειναι από τις ομορφότερες που μπορείτε να δείτε. Μπορείτε τις χειμωνιάτικες μέρες δίπλα στο τζάκι να χαλαρώνετε παρακολουθωντας τις αλλαγές της θάλασσας .

Άνετο και λειτουργικό διαμέρισμα σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την παραλία. Το διαμέρισμα έχει ανεξάρτητη από την πολυκατοικία είσοδο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει εώς και τρία άτομα σε 37 τ.μ. Είναι πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο και παρέχεται λογαριασμός Netflix σε SmartTV. Όλες οι παραλίες της Χαλκίδας είναι άμεσα προσβάσιμες και μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια μπορείτε να βρεθείτε στην κοντινότερη. Η γειτονία χαρακτηρίζεται εξαιρετικά ήσυχη χωρίς ζητήματα φασαρίας. The apartment is located in a central part of the city, with all kinds of shops around but mostly very close to organized beaches with beach bars and tavernas. The nearest is "Kourendi" (at a distance of 150 m.) Τhe Bus station is located 30 m. away from the building! Come....and you will enjoy a wonderful experience of staying in a safe, clean, bright and positive place!
