This is a cabin with electricity, but without running water. The water is collected in a water post 60 m from the cabin and carried into the cabin. Brand new inland water cabin

Brand new cabin. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms. Sun from morning to evening. There is also an electric car charger in the cabin(charging for an additional fee). The cabin is located in scenic and quiet surroundings where you have a lovely view of Bjørndalsvatnet and the surroundings. There are other cabins in the nearby area, but it still almost feels like being by yourself here as there is plenty of space around the cabin. Fully unmanaged for self-catering. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels(can be rented if desired)

Living room and kitchen are located in open solution with integrated appliances, fireplace and plenty of space for dining table. The bathroom is tiled and has a shower corner, as well as a practical laundry area behind sliding doors. The home also has a nice entrance and 3 great bedrooms

Mulighet for å låne gratis robåt i nærmeste innsjø. Mulighet også å leie badestamp og tønnebadstue / sauna mot ekstra betaling. I sauna kan du vaske deg med varmt vann. Ny, moderne hytte ferdigstilt i 2023. Lyst og delikat innredet med store vinduer som rammer inn vakker fjellutsikt. Usjenert beliggenhet innerst i en endeveg. Koselig uteplass med bålpanne for sene kvelder. Hytta ligger midt i naturens lekegrind – med umiddelbar nærhet til skiløyper, fjellturer, sykkelstier, fiskevann, badeplass ved Osen/Birtevann og ski-/akebakke ved Solliåsen. Hamaren Aktivitetspark/ Tretoppveg nås med bil på ca. 30 - 35 min.

Here you can enjoy peace and quiet. Sit on the terrace and enjoy the amazing nature and the view over the water. It's nice to walk in the area. In the summer, there are a lot of berries in the forest. It is a short distance to the Mineral Park, go-kart track and only 20 minutes to Evje city centre. There is a swimming beach nearby with a floating jetty and diving board. Boat for free use. (Note: The map does not match the address)
