The lake house has 2 floors, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and entrance. Private laundry room with access to washing machine. Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

The cottage is located at Storvann Syd, 25 min. drive south of Harstad.ca 35 min from Evenes airport.There are two bedrooms with double beds on the main floor and a double bed on the loft. The bathroom is furnished with a Cinderella incineration toilet and Cinderella urinal, shower cubicle and waiter . There is an open plan living room/kitchen solution and on the living room there is a TV. Has internet. There is no dishwasher or washing machine in the cabin. There is a private parking space. The apartment is nicely located and is a good starting point for great trips in the nearby area. It is 10 min by car to the nearest store/gas station, 30 min to Harstad and 45 min to Evenes airport. Storage and one of the bedrooms are marked private and are used for the storage of personal belongings. Otherwise, the entire apartment, porch and outdoor area are available.

Kjerringnesvannet is salmon-bearing water and you can fish in the water if you buy a fishing license. The cabin is located in the forest with lots of great hiking areas near the cabin and around Vesterålen.
