There is a good path down to the sea. Here you will see the fish bounce or you go out and fish it yourself. Or you just enjoy yourself on the dock . You can also sit dry and warm down in the lake house and look out over the fjord, room for 12 around the long table.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Simple fishing equipment and gas grill are available. Possibility to rent a boat (Hansvik 16 feet with 2022 mod. 9,9 hp Suzuki outboard engine) and 2 kayaks. Rentals must be clarified in advance.

Fishing in 2 fresh water on property - lots of fish! In the same water it is possible to take a lovely bath. 14 foot rowboat available for our guests. Possibilities for in the fall berry and mushroom sweeping.

Hellandsneset 31, 5419 Fitjar. The place is located at Koløen Gård in Fitjar. The cabin is located by Storavatnet. The lake is the largest in Fitjar. Here you can fish aure, char and if you are lucky you can get salmon. It is a quiet area in nature. 4.4 km from the city centre and shops. There are a lot of great hiking trails. One can walk from the cottage to different hiking areas. One can also drive short distances to get to the mountains. The car road to the cabin can be a bit bumpy and muddy after a lot of rain.
