The Old Mill

The Old Cassava Mill in the Taquaras neighborhood, fully restored and today a beautiful site with a 3,000-meter garden, a two-minute walk from Taquaras Beach. The space, with a swimming pool, billiards and many other amenities, was designed for those who love nature, the beach and enjoying unforgettable moments of absolute relaxation with family and friends. The glass and wood house preserved the original pieces of the old mill in its design, which are now part of the residence's decor.

All the houses are equipped with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, rotating parking, full kitchen and barbecue. Beach chairs, umbrellas, stand up paddle and shared use kayaks between the townhouses.
