Parking space for one person car, and a short way to the bus stop with buses that go directly to, among other places, Nord University, City Nord, Bodø Airport and Bodø city centre. The apartment is suitable for couples or if you want to come alone. Access to exercise equipment, and work desk, as well as free WiFi/wifi. EV charger available on property, used upon agreement.

This appartement is a nice place to stay when you are visiting Bodø region. The appartment is suitable up to 3 persons to stay. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, and there is also a sofa bed in the living room. It is a great panorama view from the living room. If you take a walk on the property you can also see a lot of nature and at the same time you can see the downtown area of Bodø. If the sky is clear it could be a good possibility to see the aurora borealis in the night from her.

Hiking trail to Keiservarden starts nearby. Svartvannet and Vollvannet are in the immediate vicinity – perfect for both swimming and quiet rest stops. Short distance to Wood Hotel with cafe, restaurant and spa. Here you can relax to the sound of crackling from the fire pit, while enjoying the silence and the lovely view.

Fjøsen in Midnattssolveien

This is a newly restored barn completed in the summer of 2023. We have taken care of as much as possible of the old, and combined it with the new. This makes the barn a completely unique place, with a soul. 1st floor consists of hallway, bathroom with toilet and shower, hobby room, two bedrooms. The 2nd floor consists of an open solution, where part is the "main hall" with a fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, and a cosy sofa section. All rooms are well equipped.

Cozy log cabin

Cozy two-story old timber cabin, peaceful and privately located at Soløyvatnet. In the summer (ca. mai - september) , it is normally water in the shower and sink in the garden outhouse. In the winter, you must fetch water in the river. Note that you have to bring the water into the cabin from the outdoor tap or the river, and heat it on the stove. End cleaning, bed linen and towels are not included, but can be purchased.
