The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. Apartment converted into a 38m2 studio, renovated 2 years ago. It is my own home that I renovated with great affection. I rent at certain times and stay with family. It's just 5 minutes to the train. Supermarket, restaurants, bike path, pharmacy, laundry, all within a 2-minute walk. 4 km from Oriente with transport links to the entire country. 4.5 km from the airport but without noise. It is located on the 4th floor without an elevator, not being suitable for people with limited mobility.
