It is located 10km from downtown Pomerode, where most of the city's tourist attractions are located. The access road is almost fully paved. The site has ample space with entrance and private parking lots and has a brick house surrounded by gardens, orchards, streams and lagoons and by vast green area with springs crossing the site.
