The house is located in the middle of everything there is to wish for - the proximity to Varberg city, the beech forests in Åkulla, Grimeton radio station, Gekås in Ullared and the sea on the west coast. On the lower level there is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom with a 140 cm bed. From the living room you can reach the conservatory and terrace overlooking the meadows. There is also a barbecue area that can be used, as well as a small playhouse with a sandbox. On the second floor there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with 90x2 beds) and bathrooms.

Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

The Kattegattsleden bike trail is 2 km from the house. - Ullared shopping, 35 km. - Gothenburg /Liseberg amusement park, 75 km. Train from Vbg C, 40 min.

Welcome to Hyltegården's guest house! Rural, peaceful and newly built apartment of 55 sqm in Hunnestad, just outside Varberg. Enjoy rural views from the hot tub! The accommodation is spacious for 4 people and is close to Varberg and Gekås Ullared, among other places. By car, you can get to the sea in about 15 minutes. Within a reasonable distance, you will find beautiful environments, hiking trails and lakes in Åkulla beech forests. There is an extra cost for the hot tub. Cleaning, sheets and towels are included.

Bo med hotellstandard i skogen fast utan elektricitet. Laga mat över öppen eld och njut av stjärnhimlen genom stora glaspartier i en skön dubbelsäng. En skogsupplevelse utöver det vanliga mitt i Halland med närhet till både hav och sjö. Förutom ett och annat får ligger det helt för sig självt i en liten skogsdunge. Från bastun är det vacker utsikt över nejden. Frukost med lokala råvaror hämtas nere på gården. Pris gäller för 1-4 pers. inkl. frukost, bastu, sängkläder, städning, ved.

This apartment is in a house with 4 apartments in the heart of Varberg, with a feeling of being in the countryside. Close to the city center, swimming, nightlife, shopping and restaurants 10 minutes' walk. Lovely courtyard, which of course can be used, several patios and veranda. The apartment is fully equipped, if there is a special need for something more, we can definitely solve this. However, it can be a little sensitive, because it is an old house.

Cykla enkelt till både till Getteröns badplatser eller Varbergs centrum på ca 20 min. Busshållplats ligger ca 7 min från boendet. Stugan har ett fullt utrustat kök med allt som behövs för matlagning. Disk- & tvättmaskin finns. Under sommaren 2026 förekommer viss byggnation på tomt i anslutning till gäststugans uteplats.
