Architecturally designed and built in 2020 to complement its Georgian neighbour Hemington House and set entirely in it's own plot with parking and a walled garden, this townhouse sleeps 4. It is located on a quiet street - five minutes' walk from the cafés, galleries, independent and vintage shops of Frome in one direction, and wonderful walks into the surrounding villages and Somerset countryside in the other.

Beechwood Studio - quiet, cosy, close to town

Ideal studio for a single, a couple or a parent and child over 5 years. Cosy, quiet, with access to garden, 10 minutes walk to the fantastic town of Frome! Bed-sitting area, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, separate entrance. A beautiful walk through the protected Rodden Meadows brings you into the town centre, full of independent shops and renowned performance venue The Cheese and Grain. Top-rated, comfortable good value Victorian house very near to the historic centre of Frome. This house is a quirky family home which we are in the process of upgrading. An open plan living area and well-equipped kitchen the place is suitable for a family or a couple wanting to stay for a few days. The house benefits from fast WiFi and ample free on- street parking. Frome is ideally located for Longleat, Stonehenge, Bath, Glastonbury and other sites in the South and Southwest of England.

A unique and comfortable apartment in one of Frome’s historic chapels. Centrally located at the top of the famous winding cobbles of St Catherine’s hill, it is just a stone’s throw from independent coffee shops and boutiques, as well as the renowned Bar and Bistro Lotte. The apartment is at the top of the building, so you do have to climb some flights of steps - but the view over the romantic rooftops of Frome to the hills of the Westbury White Horse will be worth it! We don’t have WiFi.

Lovely annexe: private bathroom, entrance & garden

A gorgeous and spacious double room annexe, with en suite bathroom, private entrance through french windows and facilities for simple cooking (microwave/toaster). A portion of the front garden, with table and chair, is entirely for guests' use. The room sits at the end of a detached period cottage, once an old weaver's cottage in the 17th century, overlooking the Longleat estate and thus beautiful views. There is free off-road parking and only a few miles to Frome or Warminster.

The Cow Shed is a bright and airy one bedroom holiday cottage/annex. It boasts a private entrance, hall, double bedroom, luxury shower room and comfortable loft living area with fitted kitchenette. The Cow Shed is set on a small farm with horses, chickens and goats alongside the river Frome. The cottage is great as a base to explore the area. We are a stones throw from the local attractions of Longleat, Bath, Wells, Stourhead, Alfred’s Tower, Cheddar and Glastonbury.

The Coach House, Frome

Located in the historic quarter of Keyford, The Coach House is ideal for exploring the fabulous town of Frome and the Somerset countryside beyond. This Victorian coach house still boasts the original inspection pit for the coaches. It is scheduled to be a stop on the historic Frome walks as part of the Frome Festival. Later, it was where barrels were made, hence the road name of The Cooperage. Now it is a happy, family home that we would like to share with you.

400 year old self-contained cottage (built in 1590 according to the plaque on the wall) in Mells, one of the most unspoiled villages in the west. Lovely stone architecture, historic buildings, blissful countryside and 3 min walk from our awarding-winning village pub The Talbot Arms. Close to Bath, Wells, Glastonbury, Lacock (Potter fans) Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. Easy drive to Cotswolds, the Dorset coast, Wales and Wye Valley.
