We accept families or couples or low key hen celebrations only. Strictly no stags. This is NOT a party house. 11 pm noise curfew.

Conveniently positioned self contained comfortable flat near the winter Gardens/hounds Hill shopping centre/beach, all just a 5mins walk. Train/bus station under 10mins. Free private parking. This is an upstairs flat although just one flight of stairs **the breakfast.. This is in the form of a small welcome pack containing cereal/milk which is handy for the guests who chose to stay just one night, there are of course many cafes etc The apartment is self check in. Quiet time from 11pm please.
