The house with two apartments is a short stone's throw from the beach and swimming area with cliffs and piers. This accommodation refers to the lower apartment in the house. The hiking trail starts right outside the gate and you can hike up the mountains or between the villages on Orust. The property is located in a south/southwest location with sun from morning to late evening. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you

Peaceful accommodation by the sea

With the sea in view, the guest house, built in 2021, is located on a part of our property. There are sleeping accommodations for four people, two in a double bedroom and two in the loft in single beds. The guest house has a wind-protected patio. Here, all seasons have their charm. May-September there is a bathing ladder from the rocks 200 m away. It is a little over a km to the municipal swimming area with docks. There are good opportunities for walks/hikes and excursions on Tjörn. Härön protects against the winds from the open sea in the west.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

44 m² house that can accommodate five people. The house is beautifully situated, overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house, there is a large lawn that can be used for play and other activities. It's a five-minute walk to the sea, and there's a kayak in the bay that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fishmonger's and a restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. The island's natural landscape is diverse, with the open sea and cliffs to the west and small farms and woodland in the centre.
