Charming 3* cottage with all the comforts in a quiet area

In the Biscar 'Ose property, in Biscarrosse Bourg in the Landes, rental of the "Cocon", charming quiet little house, classified 3 * by the tourist office. Perfect for a couple, it can still accommodate 1 toddler and/or 1 infant: contact us to organize these options. We prefer to rent by the week in high season, for any other need of overnight stays (minimum 2) or weekends and public holidays, thank you to make us a request for information. Single-story house, geographically very well located in a quiet area, ideal for 2 families. One of the first houses in Biscarrosse "Le Bourg" when arriving from "La Plage", at the foot of the bike path and the canal, 150 meters from the forest to enjoy beautiful walks on foot or by bike, next to the shopping area (without associated constraint(s)) with the entrance to the Leclerc hypermarket 200 meters away. 9 km from the ocean and 8 km from the lake (15 min bike ride).
