Welcome to La Mignonnette A cozy, romantic, cocooning and peaceful place in the north of Landes. Close to the lake (1.5 km), Bordeaux Merignac (45 mins), Arcachon Dune du Pilat (35 mins) and 100 m from the bike path (SANGUINET/Biscarrosse) Cottage for 3 people, adjoining the main house, NOT ACROSS from the owners, and the terrace area is private as well a reserved parking space. The gîte comprises: - A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and - A mezzanine with a 90 cm bed. -Bathroom with sink, toilet, shower cubicle and storage cabinet (+ hair dryer). - A living room with 3-seater sofa, TV, and WiFi. - Equipped kitchen, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, dishes, etc. - A pantry, with fridge-freezer, microwave, and storage. - A private covered terrace not overlooked by the owner, including table and 4 chairs, as well as a swing for two, a barbecue and a relaxation area... - A parking space (closed at night) THINGS TO DO Walking, horseback riding and cycling. All water activities -lake side, swimming of course very safe for children, windsurfing, catamaran, stand up paddle, canoe, pedal boat, dinghy... - ocean side (surfing, surf and swimming school... stand up paddle) OUTINGS - July-August, in SANGUINET night market every Saturday night, and in Biscarrosse beach every night. You will be accommodated in the main part of this house. The accommodation includes: - Toilet - Kitchen / Sunny living room. Pool table available. In a FENCED garden with a bocce ball court Upstairs: 1 office Toilet 1 bedroom, bedding 1.60 1 bathroom. - YOUR PET: only 1 - clean, well-behaved, quiet, not very talkative... - it can enjoy the garden but NOT the floor. In the Biscar 'Ose property, in Biscarrosse Bourg in the Landes, rental of the "Cocon", charming quiet little house, classified 3 * by the tourist office. Perfect for a couple, it can still accommodate 1 toddler and/or 1 infant: contact us to organize these options. Wooden cabin facing the sea

Beautiful cabin built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d 'Arcachon. Entirely wooden, this "stilated" cabin (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the Basin and the old oyster refining pools at its feet. Its elevated layout is the name of "la Hune", which refers to an observation platform installed in the cheekbone of the ship's mast. The house has 3 terraces, a garden of 500m2 and a salt pool.
