Petite maison de pêcheurs sur l'île de Bréhat

Adorable petite maison de pierre dans le jardin d'une propriété familiale (qui comporte 3 autres maisons) au bord de l'eau, avec accès privatif à la plage du Port Clos et un coin repas à l'ombre d'un magnolia avec jolie vue sur mer. La maison comporte un petit salon salle à manger avec canapé et cheminée, une cuisine équipée (réfrigérateur-congélateur, four, plaques cuisson et lave-vaisselle), une salle d'eau (WC, lavabo, douche), et deux chambres à l'étage (1 lit 2 personnes, 2 lits simples)

Cottage near Pontrieux and the Pink Granite Coast

Two adjoining cottages within walking distance of the river town of Pontrieux, near the coast. The hamlet of Crec’h Mordo is 1.5km from the Medieval town, situated on the estuary/river Trieux and is close to many beautiful beaches from Paimpol and Trestel (20 minutes), to the Pink Granite Coast (40 minutes). The cottages have been renovated to a very high standard and offer comfortable accommodation. The town and its port offer a wide selection of restaurants, shops and a weekly market.

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Charming little stone house

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

Soyez les bienvenus à l'Air Marin à Martin Plage!! Vous séjournerez à 150m de la plage, à Martin Plage, en baie de St-Brieuc, dans une maison entièrement rénovée pour 6 pers, ( possibilité de rajouter un lit bébé). En famille ou entre amis, vous serez à 150m du GR34, qui vous mènera notamment à la pointe du Roselier, avec sa magnifique vue sur la baie! L'Air Marin est un point de chute idéal pour rayonner sur les Côtes-d'Armor car proche des grands axes.

Relax in in this unique and peaceful cottage. You will be living in an old gatekeeper's house, completely renovated ecologically. Enjoy the stunning seaside with wonderful sunsets over the ocean. You will have access to the parc and the huge meadow. Not far from here is Val-André well-known seaside ressort with casino and famous golf course. Lots of possibilities for shopping, surfing, biking and trekking. Restaurants nearby.

Ici, vous êtes en vacances au bord de la mer, à 800m des plages. Descendez à pied à la plage du Moulin ou celle des Godelins par le sentier de bord de mer. Le centre-bourg, à 200m, vous donne accès à tous les commerces. La maison est un havre de paix, nous l'avons rénové avec des matériaux naturels et sains. Le salon, baigné de lumière, est ouvert sur la cuisine et le jardin pour vos barbecues d'été.

Les petites maisons arin : Ty roz

Ty roz (la maison rose en français) et une ancienne maison de pêcheur entièrement rénovée et équipée. Elle offre confort et intimité : son séjour lumineux s'ouvre sur une terrasse et un jardin exposé au sud. Située au coeur de la petite presqu'île de Kerarzic en baie de Paimpol, vous y vivrez au rythme des marées et à proximité immédiate de l'abbaye de Beauport et de ses rives boisées.
