The guests of the Wine Cellar benefit from 2 terraces: the relaxation terrace and the grill terrace with PNT wooden stove, a bath in nature Near the Wine Cellar there is the forest and you can take walks, you can also visit the nearby lake with the possibility of fishing for a fee.

It is located in an area surrounded by forest, a hill area where you feel the fresh air and you can definitely relax. Close to the holiday home there are many places to visit Oradea, Baile Felix, Baile 1 Mai, Baile Sarcău, Aquaparc Nymphea, Valea Draganului, Vadul Crișului, Suncuius, Pestera Unguru Mare, and many other picturesque places. In the yard there is a barbecue area, and two houses available.

Situated in the top of the hill,the building was relocated and completely restored in 2017 on the former domains of Count Zichy from the Austro-Hungarian period. The old barn recreates the atmosphere of the end of the 18th century,offering the current and modern confort. Also,the “OLD WOODEN BARN” offers a wonderful and unique view of the pine forest that surrounds this dream landscape. .

The location is situated in a quiet area, at the foot of the Codru Moma Mountains in Soimi Commune, Codru Village, Bihor County, 60 km from Oradea, 30 km from Beius and 45 km from Stana de Vale. The property is welcoming and chic, with new furniture, consisting of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and dining area. It also has a barbecue area. At 3 km you can visit Greencodru ZooParc, where those who wish can see and pet deer, roe deer, llamas and various birds.

Stunning House on the Hill Beautiful traditional Transylvanian wood house completely renovated with modern details! Situated on the hill, 300m off the E60 highway, this wood house from 1810s was fully renovated in 2016 by us. We included all modern conforts: floor heating, air conditioning, high end bathroom and beds. The kitchen is equipped at the minimum level with a sink, a small refrigerator and a coffee machine.
