The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a well-equipped, open-concept living room and kitchen. The gourmet area has a barbecue, sink, table with chairs, and beach access. We provide bed and bath linens, as well as toiletries and kitchen utensils. We are located on the banks of the BR101 highway, with easy access to the south and north of the state. We accept up to 2 pets. Garage for 2 cars.

The house faces the sea, and the studio is in the back. In total, we can accommodate up to 12 people, and we have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large balcony with a barbecue area and space for great moments with family and friends. We are in Biguaçu, in the São Miguel resort, just 20 km from downtown Florianópolis. We accept pets and have a garage for 2 cars
