My home is 950 square feet, 2 story house. This 2-bedroom home sits on a spacious 5000 square feet lot surrounded by trees, giving plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Within a 15-min drive you can reach the slopes of Bear Mountain or the captivating Snow Summit. It is also located just a block away from Big Bear skate park making it an ideal location. “There is air conditioning cooling only in the living room only.” (Strictly no pets whatsoever allowed at this home)
