The Estate under the Abbey

A cozy gîte (43m2) located in the countryside 5 minutes away from the horse town of Pompadour. Here you will find a beautiful castle, racecourse, eateries, terraces and shops. There are nice villages nearby, with markets, hiking trails, swimming lake and swimming pools within driving distance. The gîte has a private parking space and an enclosed garden. Pets are allowed in consultation. We charge a surcharge for this (please indicate when booking). Parties/indoor smoking and vaping are not allowed.

Dark is also really dark, so you can enjoy a beautiful starry sky, but also the call of the owls. Hence the name La Chouette! The house is built by us with an eye for detail. Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

The "Gite de l'atelier" is a typical Corrèze charming space furnished by an artist to make you feel calm, surrounded by beautiful objects in a natural setting in the heart of an old hamlet of sandstone and schist.
