Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

The Hoot House is located in the pretty village of Neen Sollars, within 12 miles of Ludlow . Welsh Marches, Ironbridge and Shropshire Hills are all easily accessible. Haybridge Cottage annexe is set in the hamlet of Haybridge in the beautiful Shropshire countryside . Although our postal address is Kidderminster we are about 30 minutes drive from there. The small town of Cleobury Mortimer is just 5 minutes away whilst the lovely riverside town of Tenbury Wells is a 10 minute drive. Historic Ludlow lies 12 miles away, a glorious trip over Clee Hill with stunning views. The annexe has its own private garden and terrace with wonderful views in every direction.
