Gîte de la Smagne

Peaceful and centrally-located place. 3 stars Gîte de France, 3* Clé Vacances Close to a river, the Smagne, this Gîte is conveniently located for a stop to fish or to rest 10 minutes from Luçon, 30 minutes from La Tranche-sur-Mer, 45 minutes from La Rochelle, Puy du Fou or 1 hour from Les Sables-d'Olonne. Within a perimeter of about 30 km you will find activities such as Indian Forest, O Gliss Park, O'Fun Park, the Forest of Mervent and its zoo or the Pierre Brune Park, beaches etc.

The Poterie

Originally a farmhouse, this property is situated in the peace and tranquillity of a secluded hamlet, yet still offers proximity (within 45 min drive) to the best beaches, Puy du Fou and other sites of the Vendee. It is an ideal place to recharge your batteries. You would have sole access to the whole property which boasts a large private garden with an orchard, swimming pool (not heated and therefore closed in winter months from mid September through till May), and BBQ facilities.

A well-used, characterful home offering a comfortable, practical base for exploring the Vendée, with La Rochelle and Nantes airports around an hour away.

Our fully renovated cottage can accommodate 4 or 6 people. It includes: 1 open-plan living room/kitchen, living room with sofa bed, dining room with pool table, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, 2 bedrooms with 140x190 beds and a dressing room. A terrace with awning, garden furniture, barbecue, sunbathing and shed with toilet and shower. A garden with swimming pool (covered and heated from mid-April to late September), swing, ping-pong table and bowling alley.

Take a break in this nice quiet studio with comfortable bedding, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Take advantage of the small private terrace to relax without overlooked. The accommodation is located 30 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from the Puy du Fou, near the vineyards Mareuillais and at the door of the marshes poitevins. The shops are about 4 km. The start of a small hike of 3km is located next to the studio and will allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature.

This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

Old 18th century manor house renovated with the charm of exposed beams and stones, nestled in the countryside in a quiet countryside at the gates of Luçon, 25 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Vendée. With its 280 m2, large swimming pool and very large plot, the house is ideal for large families or groups of friends (maximum capacity of 17 people). Everything is done to relax both outside (swimming pool, petanque, barbecue) and inside (billiards, foosball).

The heated indoor swimming pool (from mid-April to mid-October), the games room and the tennis court are among the estate's common areas and are shared between holidaymakers. The size of the site allows everyone to enjoy the facilities with complete peace of mind. Each gîte has its own private garden, guaranteeing calm and privacy throughout the stay.
