It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

This apartment is quiet. All exterior. It consists of a living/dining room with a kitchenette, balcony with views, sofa, smart TV. 1 km from Luchon, in the heart of the small pastoral village of Montauban-de-Luchon, 76 m2 renovated "mountain spirit" all-wood barn, with 35 m2 living room open to the century-old chestnut tree and the Superbagnères mountains. Two bedrooms, a shower room, a separate toilet, a private garden, very comfortable and full of charm for a great mountain vacation close to the ski resorts, the Spanish border and the most beautiful hikes in the Pyrenean mountains.
