Studio located on the 1st floor of a small house (unoccupied on the ground floor) in the heart of the Bergerac vineyard: Pécharmant, Monbazillac, Rosette. Lembras is 5 km from Bergerac Its geographical location allows the discovery of many tourist sites. In the village, pizzeria and bread depot (open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.). At the entrance to Bergerac, a supermarket (4.5 km) and a pharmacy (3 km). 5 min drive to Lake Pombonne: supervised swimming (free access) and hiking trails.

Do you want a quiet accommodation in the city center optimized and equipped up to the coffee pod😁!? Well this charming studio will offer you easy access to all the sights and amenities on foot. Quiet and no neighbors above your head is very IMPORTANT! Restaurants and local produce markets on Saturday/Wednesday downstairs from the building. Perfect for short/medium business tourism. I will be delighted to welcome you to the studio. Airbnb requires the exact number of guests.

Independent studio with garden

À 15 minutes à pied de la gare et du centre. Le studio est au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison avec une entrée indépendante. Lit 2 places + canapé clic clac. Le parking se fait sur le trottoir (sauf indication contraire, si nous ne sommes pas là). Couettes, plaids, oreillers fournis. Draps et serviettes en supplément à 3€ par personne. On a une chatte experte dans l’art de s’incruster... généralement mignonne mais collante ;-) Super barbecue à disposition, comme sur la photo ^^
